the lake. Whether you are into biking, hiking, fishing,
sailing, bird-watching, art and culture, or roasting
marshmallows over an open fire, the Lost Creek Lake is
for you.
In and around the lake there are miles of hiking trails
and paths to explore, Crater Lake National Park is 30
minutes away, the Pacific Crest Trail runs close by, the
new Cascade-Siskyou National Monument with its
spectacular variety of rare and beautiful species of
plants and animals borders the south end of the lake,
the Lower Klamath Refuge and Lava Beds National Monument
are an hour-and-a-half by car, and of course there is
beautiful Ashland and Jacksonville with all their
culture which are both an easy day-trip away. |
